I like the docs here however, I feel we go thru to much to be seen? Talking with the receptionist is nice howeu, why she gotta know everything? Not just insurance wise! She needs to know why I'm being seen! I also went to the emergency clinic. And again, the receptionist needs to know why I'm there!!!!! The wait time is also a issue! I'm the only 1 sitting there! So why am I sitting there? Same with the labs girls! I don't understand why I'm sitting there that long if NO ONE else is there!!!!!!!

New to the area, been in the Mercy system for a while, this facility is amazing! It’s clean, organized and efficient, probably the best I’ve been to. The staff was great! Friendly, helpful and courteous. Doctor Carissimi is my new provider, he listened to all my concerns and we worked together to plan my future health needs. The staff I had engaged with(sorry I lost my paper with your names) were all so helpful and friendly. I can’t say I like going to the doctor, but these folks make it a pleasant experience.

First time going to Dr Lanzola because I am switching my primary doctor! She is sweet, kind, she listens to your concerns with care and she is very knowledgeable and helpful! Recommend 10/10

I have had Melissa Francis CNP as my primary care provider for years now. She goes above and beyond to listen to me to care about me I feel like I am one of the family. Anyone needing or looking for a provider in healthcare please start here she is amazing her staff is amazing Pam is a great asset to the group.. I'm at the doctor's quite often so she has seen me in various states of condition and she has been there for me like no other provider in my 57 years of life. the wait time is minimum the care is top notch. Thank you Mercy for your top-notch provider of care Melissa Francis and her team should be commended and know how much they are appreciated. Thank you

A nurse here was unprofessional and aggressive to my folks. Rude, messed up the appointment time, and took it out on them. This employee remained hostile through the entire appointment. We have the voicemail of the appointment time saved. She should not be working with the public. They smiled and nodded through the entire appointment, but it ruined their day. My folks won’t say anything because they are non-confrontational, but it hurts me to know that there’s a someone here that is so miserable they take it out on good people. Dr. Decaro is an excellent and kind doctor who cares about his patients, but the nurse had an unprofessional attitude and should not be working with patients. It’s disappointing.
